Online Counselling and Psychotherapy

Counselling and Psychotherapy support individuals to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences in a safe and confidential space. Through professional guidance, it aims to foster personal growth, improve mental wellbeing, and enhance decision-making skills, enabling people to make positive changes in their lives.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

CBT is a highly effective approach that helps people learn practical ways of managing problems by changing unhelpful thinking patterns and behaviours. It’s particularly useful for anxiety, depression, OCD, panic attacks, social anxiety, low self-esteem, trauma, worry problems, and many other issues.

EMDR Therapy

Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy is a groundbreaking treatment used in the NHS and by independent therapists to help individuals overcome the distress associated with traumatic memories, anxiety issues, and mood difficulties. EMDR can be done in-person or online.

Relationship Counselling

Relationship Counselling provides a safe space for individuals and couples (of all genders, sexualities, and relationship configurations) to work through issues that may arise at any stage within a relationship, including conflict, affairs, communication challenges, trust issues, or just wanting to strengthen a relationship.

Therapy for Teens

Counselling for adolescents (13-17 years) is aimed at helping young people make sense of their feelings, thoughts and behaviours. The teenage years can be a turbulent time, filled with unique challenges. Therapy is designed to offer support and understanding, and to build self-esteem, confidence and coping skills
