Appointments

Where do appointments take place?

I provide online counselling, CBT, and EMDR therapy appointments to individuals and couples based in London, Dublin, Belfast, and other parts of Ireland and the UK.

Online therapy appointments offer significant convenience by allowing you to access support from the comfort of your own home or office, eliminating the need for travel, saving you time and money. 

This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into busy schedules, broadens your access to specialists who may not be available locally, and provides a sense of privacy and comfort that can enhance your therapeutic experience.

Fees

My fees vary depending on the service being requested (therapy session, psychological assessment, report writing, etc).  Typical therapy fees range between £90 – £150 (€105 – €180) per session depending on the type of therapy and its duration.  Please contact me for further information. 

Health Insurance

If you are registered with one of the private medical insurance providers below, you can use this to pay for your sessions.  A valid preauthorisation number will be required before booking an appointment.

My normal working hours

Monday – Friday: 8am – 5pm.
I do not offer evening appointments.
I do not provide weekend appointments.

How to book your initial appointment

Express Your Interest
Begin by completing the simple form below.  This information will be used to match your availability with my availability.  I will be able to advise you if I can offer you an appointment and the likely timescale for this.  Your information will be kept confidential and used solely to understand your needs.  You are welcome to contact me by phone or email should you wish to discuss your referral.

Schedule a Consultation
Once you submit the form, I will review your information and reach out to you, usually within 48 hours (except on weekends or public holidays) to schedule an initial consultation if available. This session will allow us to discuss your goals, answer any questions you may have, and ensure that my therapy services align with your needs.

Begin Therapy
Following the consultation, if we decide to proceed, we will schedule your first therapy session. Our sessions will be conducted online, providing you with the flexibility and comfort to engage in therapy from the privacy of your own home.

I aim to respond within 48 hours except at weekends and during holiday periods.
